We certainly saw some rain…

I have not been in the studio for almost a month. There has been a lot of catching up to do with STARworks garden, planning of the workshop and preparations for the kiln building, working on the house a bit… Plus- it was a shameful mess after the last block of making work. Top that off with mould growing and humidity and you get the picture.
Now that it rained though, I could no longer ignore the state of things down there… Three days of intermittent vacuuming up water and rain, some bleach (which I try to avoid normally as much as possible) and moving things to higher ground it is starting to shape up.

I tested this spot out yesterday and I think it will work.

The dehumidifier is on it’s way – I’ll let you know if it’s all that I hope it to be…

I need to set up a page about our upcoming workshop, spent a good deal of time yesterday trying to see if there is a wordpress blog template where the static pages are a little more prominent, so I could just have a page with the workshop and other events info – but got kind of lost… This template puts the pages on the very bottom – like an afterthought.
Maybe I just need to open another blog for it? Any input?
Blogger had an easier way to add little side bars with text that are always there, next to the blogroll… But I don’t want this blog back to blogger…
What to do, what to do?
