I’m breathing, people!
Just when it seems that I’m too busy to come out for a breath I realize, that for the first time for quite a while I am actually taking in life in big, full breaths and having a blast:)

And I want to thank everyone who has helped me along, pushed or nudged me forward, and caught me when I fell.
Life is beautiful!

The last firing was great! Reduction is a bit uneven in this kiln, but I’m all for variation. How boring would it to get an evenly reduced kiln load! Or am I missing out on something?

A few pix from the firing:

I hope the new owners will be happy with their dinnerware set. I am:)

On the note of building our own kiln- Adam will be pushing some more dirt around on the kiln site this week and we’re hoping to pour a pad before the end of September.
I will update y’all on the kiln building workshop plans next week hopefully… There are still a few things to iron out.

Happy beautiful September day everyone!
